Thank you for reaching out to us your concern, @skaplanesq.

I'm here to assist you in recording those transactions in QuickBooks Online.

When recording your bank deposits, withdrawals and payments, please make sure to indicate the payment method to show that they're processed electronically. Let me show you how:

For bank deposits, we'll have to use Bank Deposit option.

  1. Go to +New.
  2. Under the column Other, select Bank deposit.
  3. Select the Account on the top left corner.
  4. On Received from section, select from the drop-down menu (Click on + Add New to add a customer).
  5. Select the Payment Method.
  6. Put a checkmark beside the payment.
  7. Enter other details and hit Save and close.

For withdrawals and payments to creditors, Expense is the option to record.

  1. Go to +New.
  2. Under the column Vendor, select Expense.
  3. Select the appropriate Payee and Payment method.
  4. Select Category and choose from the dropdown menu (Click on + Add New to add new category).
  5. Enter other details and hit Save and close.
