How do i figure out what the total owed by customers is, by class?

You can run the Sales by Customer Detail report, then customize it to show the total owed by Class.

Let me show you how:

1. On the Reports page, open the Sales by Customer Detail report.
2. Click the Customize button at the top.
3. Click on the Filter drop-down.
4. Check the boxes for Transaction Type, Class, and A/R Paid.
5. For Transaction Type, select Invoices, and A/R Paid, select Unpaid.
6. Click Run report.
