Hello CBelectric,

We can pull up and customize reports so it will show the Cost of the items included on the sales transactions.

  1. Click Reports at the top menu and select Jobs, Time & Mileage.
  2. Select Job Profitability Detail or Item Profitability.

If you want to see the transactions associated to the amounts on the reports, we can double-click the amount or open separate reports.

We can use the Sales by Item Detail to see the income earned for the items. And Purchases by Item Detail to see the costs.

Sales by Item Detail

  1. Click Reports at the top menu and select Sales.
  2. Select Sales by Item Detail.

Purchases by Item Details

  1. Click Reports at the top menu and select Purchases.
  2. Select Purchases by Item Detail.

Then, you can compare the data on the reports. You can customize and export it to Excel if necessary.

Let us know if you need anything else. We'll be right here to assist you more. Have a great day!
