How do I get in touch with billing? I am being charged monthly for a payroll service I don't use. There is no phone no, chat or email to send my query. Please advise!

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. 
2. Hit Help (?) at the top right. 
3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
