Question

How do I print checks? Something changed since I last logged in. I use to go to the left and there was a link to print checks.

It seems that there is a way to click the + (upper left) and under vendors  >  print checks. I liked having it on the left menu.

Welcome to the Community, @jankdc. The Print checks option is still there under the Vendors column when you click the +New menu.

It seems to me that you're experiencing a browser-related problem this is why you're unable to see this option on your end. Let's confirm this issue by using a private or incognito window. Here's how:

  1. Open Google Chrome as your main browser.
  2. On your keyboard, press CTRL+Shift+N
  3. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.

Check to see if you're able to see the Print checks option. If you do, go back to the main browser and clear its cache. This will also boost websites to load faster.

If it's still an issue, use another supported, up-to-date browser. It helps you learn about the required specs you'll need to meet for the best QuickBooks experience.

I used to have it under my dashboard. it's not there anymore. It's not there in incognito mode or from another browser. I am able to get to it under the + New.

it was more convenient the other way. I wish that they would have notified us of the change.
