Hello there, dob. I'm here to share details about the budget report you want in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since there's no direct report that shows a budget report for the full year against your YTD spending, there are some options you can consider.

The first one is to run a Budget vs. Actuals report. This shows the actual income and expense with your budget amount. You can also further customize the report to filter incomes and expenses.

  1. Go to Reports and select Standard.
  2. In the Find report by name field, type in Budget vs. Actuals.
  3. Customize the report to get the details you need.

On the other hand, you can also export the budget, balance sheet, and profit and loss reports to combine and compare the necessary details.

Additionally, you can also memorize your reports to save your current customizations.

Let us know if you have other concerns with your budget report in QBO. We're here to help you in any way we can.
