How do I tell which one of my QB Users made a Journal Entry? The entry itself does not show who made it

Let's go to your audit log and see which users made a Journal entry. Here's how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO):

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Audit Log under Tools.
3. Click Filter.
4. Select All users.
5. Enter the desired date (Optional).
6. Click Apply.
