How do I zero out a negative balance on credit card in quickbooks

If you have a minus balance in a credit card account, that means you either paid too much, or you did not enter all charges.  You should find out why this happened rather than just juggling the books to look good.

But if you insist, enter a charge using an expense account in that amount.
