How do we tell QB to please let us change statements to what we need them to read. Why is there no template to change a statement

Congrats on making your first post in the QuickBooks Community! 

I can see how beneficial it could be for your business to be able to customize a statement to your liking. However, there isn't a customize feature available for statements at this time. 

I do recommend reviewing some third party apps that could possibly assist you in customizing a statement before sending it over. In addition, leave our Product Developers some feedback so they can consider adding this as a feature in the near future.
