I can help you with checking your loan statements in QuickBooks Online, @cmcgrogan.
You can go to the Capital menu of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to find your loan documents or statements. Make sure to use either Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera browser to open the document link.
Here's how:
Go to the Capital menu.
Then take note of the following:
If you are currently in repayment of another loan, the link to your past loan documents is located below the Payment History table.
If you have paid off a loan, the link to your past loan documents is located at the bottom of the screen displaying a loan estimate.
Click on See loan history.
The loan history page opens and displays a list of all prior loans you have attained.
From here, you have the option to view, download, and print your Loan Agreement and Paid in full letter.
