How do you print a Credit memo to send to a customer?

You can find your credit memos in the list of transactions on the customer detail page. Follow these steps to get there:

1. Click on the Sales tab on the left-hand side.
2. Click Customers. 
3. Choose the customer you'd like to print a credit memo for. 
4. Under the Transaction list, you'll be able to locate the credit memo. 
5. Click on the memo to open it. 
6. Choose the Print or Preview option at the bottom of the page. 
7. Select Print in the bottom right-hand corner.
