How long does it take a credit card transaction to show up at the bank? I received an email 5 business days ago that an invoice was paid, but I still haven’t seen the funds go through.

The approximate wait time for credit card payments to show up on your bank would take 5-7 banking days. I'd suggest checking the status of the payments in your Merchant Service account. Here's how:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports.
3. Choose Deposits, and then select the date range in the Dates field.
   
4. Click Search.
5. You'll see a list of all your daily deposits amount, date, status, and their respective totals. 

If you're still unable to receive the funds in the allotted time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Support. They can securely check your account to determine the main cause of this.
