How long does it take for an invoice that shows paid to have money deposited into my bank account

The deposit speed varies depending on the payment method and the product you are using. Standard deposits take place every day, except on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. On the other hand, Instant Deposits are processed every day of the year, without any exceptions.

If you are new to QuickBooks Payments, you'll get your payments within 5 days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while we set everything up. We'll send you an email once everything is set up to let you know your payments will process at the normal speed.

You can also check your deposit speed through your QuickBooks Online account by following the steps below:

1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
2. Head to the Payments tab.
3. View the Deposit Speed section.
