I have paid for Quickbooks Advanced and can create more than 3 custom fields however, it will only let me display 3 on the invoice. How do I add more than 3 custom fields to an invoice?

Yes, it's limited to three custom fields on the invoice, to send it to a customer but for internal, you can add more than 3 in Advanced plan.
