How to change "from" email address that is automatically populated when sending an email to a contact (I want to use a different "from" address.

Currently, we're unable to change the email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The default email address when sending sales forms like invoices, transactions, and reports is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.

Otherwise, you can export the transactions you want to send and use your email. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, choose Export data.
3. From the pop-up window, choose what do you want to export.
4. Click Continue.
5. Choose the Reports or Lists do you want to export.
6. Select Export to Excel.
