How to get a hold of a customer service rep

Log in to your QBO account.  At the top left, it says Help, next to a ? with a circle around it.  Click that.  At the bottom, click "Contact Us".  Type in a brief description and click "Lets talk".  It will pull up  "quick answers" Scroll past all that and click Which way you'd like contact. 

I wouldn't recommend trying the chat.  No one ever responds.  The best option is "Get a call back".  They will call you back, usually pretty quick.
