How to get QB Customer Service? See "get a call" option disappeared & 2 days in row I've received chat message "5 mins" but after over 30 mins no one connected with me?

To reach our Phone Support Team, you just need to click the Help button.

Here’s how.

1. Click Help on the top menu.
2. Tick Contact Us.
3. Enter your payroll concern in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Tap Let's talk.
5. Select Start a chat, Get a callback, or Get the number to connect with us.
