How to link a new line on an invoice to an estimate?

We can help you link a new line on an invoice to an estimate in QuickBooks Online (QBO), cowboyindustries.

We'll need to edit the estimate first and manually enter the line item. Then, we can link the estimate to existing invoices by following the steps below in the new layout:

1. Open the Invoice and click Manage.
2. Click the dropdown under Suggestions.
3. Select Suggested transactions. 
4. Click on Add to link the estimates.
5. Once done, click Save.
