Thank you for your response. I understand your directions, and I do that each time I log into QB, which I would prefer not to. I would like if it could retain my preferred setting i.e. 150 rows. I believe it used to do so, but after a recent upgrade this feature doesn't seem to work any more. Do you have any advice with regards to get this setting back permanently so I don't have to change it each time?
I've tried this in my test company, and the number of Rows selected from the drop-down was retained after signing out/in of the account. What I can recommend is doing the basic troubleshooting steps.
To start, let's open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox:Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Go to the Customers page and elect the number from the Rows drop-down. Then, try signing out and log back in. If the number of rows is retained, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards. On the other hand, use a different supported browser to check if you're getting the same issue.
I'm just a few clicks away if you have any follow-up questions or other concerns with QuickBooks. Just leave a reply and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Take care and stay safe.
I do appreciate your time in performing the browser troubleshooting steps provided by my colleagues. After your select the preferred number of rows to display, it'll already be saved the next time you access your account.
I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can look into your account and investigate the issue further. You can follow these steps on how to contact us:
Go to the Help ( ? ) menu and enter talk to a human twice.
