How to track revenue & expenses by location and doctor (class).

We use QB Enterprise desktop for a nine doctor oral surgery practice.  I currently class revenue and expenses by doctor to track for doctor bonus calculations.  We recently decided we also need to track revenue and expenses by location (cost center).  I'm unsure of the best way to accomplish this.  Any suggestions would be helpful.  I thought about setting up each location/cost center as a "customer:job" and then would be able to run a P&L by customer, but I'm not sure if that would be the best way to track this information going forward. Please help.
