Question

I am needing to understand what the additional charges I am seeing on my bank statement from Intuit. My bank has stated that they aren't charging for the bank transfer.

I do not select instant transfer. Normally, it takes about 2 days to hit my account. So, I am not understanding the charges. I also can't get anyone to help via chat.

Hello, info1341.

I have some details that'll help you identify the charges on your bank statement.

Did you process your customer payments using our QuickBooks Payments service? If so, there are fees included when processing the transactions (through the Payments service). You'll want to check this article for reference regarding the fees: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?.

If the charges aren't related to QuickBooks Payments' fees, then we'll want to review the details of your account's transaction history. Our agents will be able pull up your account and check where the charges are coming from.

Since you're unable to connect through chat, I'd recommend contacting us through our phone agents instead. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu , then hit the Contact Us button.
  2. Enter "Additional charges on my bank statement" in the box, then proceed with Continue.
  3. Choose Get a callback, and enter your contact details.
  4. Click Confirm call

If you have other matters to take care of in QuickBooks Online, feel free to visit our articles. They can help you with certain processes such as recording sales and expenses, running reports, etc.. Click here to browse a topic in our general support page. Then, look for an article of your choice.

I'm still offering a helping hand if you need assistance with other things in QuickBooks Online. Leave your comments or replies here and I'll respond as soon as possible.
