Let me welcome you first in the Community and congratulation on being a new family member in QuickBooks, paytonchavez13-g.

Let me share some input about why your invoice says in the review after your customer paid it. It's because your QuickBooks Payments account is new when your recipient made a payment. We usually deposit your funds within 5 business days while we set up your merchant account. To learn more about this process, check out this article: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Your Money.

The payment will clear on its own after it gets deposited to your bank. Also, you'll have to subscribe before your trial version expires. To avoids account disruption and ensures the payment will go through. Just go to this website: QBO Pricing. Then, select your plan and click Buy Now.

Once we finished the setup on your payment account, on the second time you'll send an invoice, and the recipient paid it, you'll receive the payment faster in your account.

Also, you can get paid faster using our smarter invoicing features. It lets you easily track your invoices and auto matches your bank transactions, which help you save time. For more details, check out this website: Get Paid Faster.
