I am reviewing invoices from last month. How can I move from looking at one invoice to looking at the next invoice without going back to the invoice list report?

I'd be happy to show you how to access all your invoice data. Currently, there is no way to move from one invoice to the next without returning to the invoice list.
However, there's a report that will give you all the information contained in each invoice. Here’s how to find it:

1. Go to Reports menu at the left pane.
2. On the search bar, type Invoice List.
3. Select a Date, then click Customize on the upper right.
4. On the Rows/Columns drop-down, pick Change columns.
5. Put a checkmark on Shipping Address, then Run report.

You will then filter the report’s date or add the A/R Paid filter so you’ll know which invoices are paid/unpaid. I suggest filtering the report to a particular date and then exporting it to Excel.
