I can't access my account to get my w-2

I've been trying to access my account for days, but I changed my phone number and they won't let me recover my password just by email. When I tried to contact them via chat, they left me talking to myself. I'm desperate to get my documents to declare my taxes but I don't get any help.
I had to create another account to try to contact.

 Allow me to chime in and have you access your W-2 form. 

 

We can try performing alternative steps to retrieve your account. You can use the account recovery form in this link here if you've forgotten or lost your user ID and password and no longer have access to your phone or email on file. Your request will be handled by us in one business day. We're open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PT.

 

For your security, only you can make changes to your Intuit Account. Our support team doesn't have access to update or modify your account information. You may follow the initial steps below for the process:

 

  1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
  2. Fill out the form in the given link above with your info and upload your ID or document.
  3. Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

I tried to change the password following the step by step sent, but they informed me that they did not find my user or e-mail in the database.

I worked at the Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites, and I received my payment information through Quickbooks Desktop, I have an email to prove it. When I returned to Brazil, I changed my phone number and therefore I cannot perform 2-factor authentication. I don't remember very well what my ID was, but my e-mail associated with the company I worked for is [email address removed], my full name is Luana Porto Correia. And I just need to get the w-2 form to be able to declare the taxes, please help me.
