I created a custom report by customer but it all runs together. How do I get a page break by customer?

I want to make sure you get the report you need in QuickBooks Desktop.

In addition to QBsguru's answer, we can customize a Transaction Detail report to show your sales transactions per customer. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. Click Custom Reports.
3. Choose Transaction Detail.
4. On the Display tab, edit the report date in the From and To fields.
5. Go to the Filters tab.
6. On the filters, select Transaction Type then choose Multiple Transaction Types. Mark the items you want to see on the report. (Please see screenshot.)
   
7. Click OK twice.
8. On the Total By drop-down, select Customer. (See screenshot.)
