I had a vendor that paid me via ACH directly into the checking account on Friday. It is now Tuesday. How long does it take to post to your account?

It's my prime concern to explain when you can expect deposits to reflect in your account, @lafamiliaanimalt.

Before that, I'd like to know if your vendor used QuickBooks Payments or QuickBooks Bill Pay to pay for the transaction. We'd also want to understand the transaction type to help us address the issue more effectively. Any additional information is greatly appreciated.

If you're using QuickBooks Payments, we'll process the first set of payments within five business days while we complete your account setup. Once finalized, payments will be deposited faster.

Deposit times also vary based on the product and payment type. Standard deposits are made daily except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Instant Deposits are processed daily without exceptions. Payments processed before three pm PT should reach your bank account within two business days, while those processed after will be deposited the next business day.
