Hi there, smitty1.

Thanks for posting your question here in the Community. I'd like to provide some info regarding the checks that didn't transfer over.

There are a few limitations concerning your data when you convert from one QuickBooks product to another. I believe this is why the checks didn't transfer over to your Online account. You can find out more about these limitations by checking out this article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/manage-data/limitations-when-you-convert-from-quickbooks-online-to/00/185940

To make sure the checks are in your account, I can show you how to enter them manually:

1. Click the +New button.

2. Select Check.

3. Choose the Payee from the drop-down menu.

4. Select the Bank Account where the money will be withdrawn.

5. Enter info for the rest of the fields.

6. Click Print or Preview if you want to print the check.

7. Choose Save and close or Save and new when you're finished.

The following article offers additional details about writing checks in QBO: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/write-checks/how-to-write-checks/00/192601

Please feel free to follow up with me here if you have any other questions.

You can also import as a CSV file.
