Thanks for dropping by, @jjjcaescandon6.

Your bank may have one of these reasons why it is unable to connect with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

  • Some banks have multiple names on our list. You might want to check and select the correct one or try all possible links.
  • The bank is releasing a new update to its website or making any changes like system security maintenance.
  • The bank is unable to connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • Make sure that the third-party application is enabled in your Online Banking account so that QBO can seamlessly authenticate and acquire connection with your bank.
  • The bank may not be a participating bank. You can contact the bank to request they establish a relationship with Intuit.

This way, I'd suggest checking your Online Banking account and verify if there's an issue when you log-in to their website. Besides, you can reach your bank to inquire about the scenarios above.

On the other hand, you can enter the Bank's login URL to QuickBooks. If it shows a sign page or frame, then that would be your pass to connect the bank to QuickBooks. If not, you can request Intuit to support your financial institution.

I'll add this article as your reference on how to connect accounts to automatically download your recent transactions: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Just in case QuickBooks acquired the connection to your bank, you can check this article: review, categorize, and accept transactions to QuickBooks.

Also, may I know the bank's name? I'll make sure to check it on our list of supported financial institutions.

Please feel free to let me know if you have more questions. I'll keep my notifications open. Have a good one!
