I have an unknown charge on my bank statement. When I called the number on the statement it was Intuit which I have not used. I tried to reach a live agent but the wait time was 35-45 minutes. I need to find out what this charge is for.

I understand that identifying an unknown charge on your bank statement can be worrisome, 23564.

Our primary goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer we serve. However, I must acknowledge that our current support line is experiencing higher than usual call volumes, resulting in longer wait times than we would like.

To look up an unfamiliar Intuit or QuickBooks charge, you'll want to fill out the form from this page: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. This online tool is designed to automatically populate the payment details, helping us investigate it more efficiently.

If you require further clarifications, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team during our business hours. They will be able to provide you with detailed information, alleviating any confusion you may have.

As much as I'd like to review the charges on your account directly, the ability to pull up your billing history is restricted to our chat/phone agents for security reasons. This measure guarantees the protection of your personal information and prevents unauthorized access. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then select your preferred way to connect.

Rest assured, we're committed to resolving this matter promptly and providing you with a formal response once the assessment is complete. Additionally, here are some articles that you can visit to help manage your subscription:

Your understanding and patience are greatly in this process. If there's anything else I can personally assist you with, please feel free to let me know. I'm always ready to lend a helping hand.
