Hello, peachstatedryerv.

Let's find out where the rest of your customers went, and I'll help you fix the issue.

This might have something to do with the view limit on the Customer page. In this case, try scrolling down to the very bottom and check the Next or Last buttons. Click either one to go to the next batch of customers.

A cache issue can also prevent the customers from appearing properly. QuickBooks Online uses the web cache to display the data. If this is full or corrupted, it might not load the contents correctly. To start off, log in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If all of your customers show up properly, then go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Close it afterwards to apply the changes. Alternatively, use a supported browser to ensure a smooth and solid experience when using QuickBooks Online.

If the customers still don't show up, were you importing the list from Workiz to QuickBooks? You'll want to try and import them again.

If that doesn't work, reach out to Workiz' support channel to see what's preventing the rest of your customers from showing up.
