Question

I'm putting in monthly recurring expenses. How can I put multiple dates in at the same time for expense, rather than entering each monthly expense individually?

Let me guide you on how you can enter your monthly expenses, Pak.

With QuickBooks Online (QBO), there is a feature wherein you'll have the option to create templates for recurring transactions like recurring expenses without having them entered manually for each month.

I'll show you how you can do it:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, and select Recurring transactions.
  2. Click New.
  3. Choose the type of transaction to create, and then OK.
  4. Enter a Template name.
  5. Locate if you want it Scheduled, Unscheduled, or Reminder under the Type field.
  6. Complete the fields and Hit Save template.
