I need a form for credit applications... to have my customers fill out. Do you have a generic form available?

At this time, a credit application form isn’t available in QuickBooks Online. I suggest you search online for a credit application form.

I also suggest sending feedback so our product engineers would get notified that you’d like to have a credit application form. Doing this will not only help you but other customers as well.

To send feedback:

1. Click Gear Icon.
2. Select Feedback under User Profile.
3. Share your opinion or feedback.
4. Click Next.
5. Click Send
