I can help you customize your sales forms, aaecastillo.

If you're referring to the location address as the customer's billing address, you have the option to change that. I'll show you the easy steps:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear icon at the upper-right.
  3. Select Custom form styles
  4. Click Edit for an existing invoice template or click New style to create one.
  5. Select the Content tab. From the sample template that right, click the Header.
  6. Under the Display section, the billing address is checked by default. If not, you can select it.
  7. Uncheck the Shipping address so it'll not show when sent and printed.
  8. Click Done to save.

You can also add a custom field or turn on the location tracking feature where you can enter the customer's location address. However, there's a limit as to how many characters you can enter.

I'll show you how to turn the location tracking feature on:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings
  2. Under the Sales menu, select Sales form content
  3. Enter a name in the Custom fields and select Internal and Public so it'll be shown both when you create a transaction and sent and printed.
  4. Click Save.
  5. For the location tracking, click the Advanced menu. Select Categories.
  6. Turn on Track locations
  7. Click Save and then Done.

Before you print or send the invoice, you can click the Customize menu to select the correct template. Here's an article that will help you customize your sales forms

I'm just here if there's anything else that you need help with. You take care always!
