Question

I no longer have an option to customize an invoice for emailing. Now when I email them our address is not included. Does anyone know how I can get this option back?

Welcome to Community @raina-hall,

Let me walk you through on how to customize your invoice and include the email address on the template. We have to ways to put an address on your invoices. First, you can check if you an address on your profile. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Account and settings tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon under the Address section to expand the view.
  4. Enter the address on the field.
  5. Click Save, then Done.

Second, we need to customize your invoice and add the street address field. After that, you can check your invoice if you use the customize template on your invoice. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Your Company, select the Custom form styles option.
  3. Look for the template you want to customize, then click the Edit to expand the view.
  4. Choose the Content menu.
  5. Click the pencil icon on the header box to preview the form.
  6. Select the +Address tab.
  7. Put a checkmark on the box beside the Street Address, and enter the address.
  8. Click the Done button.

Once done, go to your invoice and select the modified template by clicking the Customize button on the bottom portion of your invoice to use the personalized custom form.
