I paid for a full year, last night, $354.00. I was told it would be $12.50 monthly. Have I been overcharged?

There's four different subscription levels available:

Here's what the annual amounts calculate to for each plan:

• Self-Employed: $4.50 × 12 months = $54.00
• Simple Start: $7.50 × 12 months = $90.00
• Plus: $21.00 × 12 months = $252.00
• Advanced: $45.00 × 12 months = $540.00

All of them, except Self-Employed, have an automatic $50.00 one-time set up session. There's also an optional choice to have a certified bookkeeper help with configuring your books. If selected, this is also a one-time session, which accumulates another $50.00 charge.
 

While I can't verify directly on my end, you can contact our Customer Care Team to confirm what all you were charged for. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and assist with reviewing everything.
