I received a notification at an old email address, not the updated one. How do I fix that?

Thanks for visiting the Community today, @bro_edward-jones. I've got steps in changing your email address so you'll surely receive notifications from Intuit. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Settings menu, then choose Account and Settings.
2. Select the Company tab, then go to the Contact info section. 
3. Update the Company email. This is where QuickBooks can contact you. 
4. Mark the box for Customer-facing email to make sure you'll get notification from your customers on the same email. Otherwise, enter another address where they can contact you. 
5. Click Save, then Done to finish.
