I went to to Chart of Accounts, Clicked "New", "Income" as the account type does not show up. How do I get "Income" to show up? Why does "Income not show up?

Based on the complete list of Account Types you shared, it appears you are using the most recent version of the QBO platform. The lack of the Income account is due to it being outdated. Please check the Chart of Accounts to see if the income account is visible there. Here's how:

Go to the Transactions menu.
Select Chart of Accounts.
Click New in the top right corner.
Choose Income on the Account Type drop-down.
Enter all other necessary account details (i.e., Detail Type and Name).
Click Save and Close.

If it’s still not showing up, I recommend troubleshooting to identify if a browser issue is causing the income account to be hidden. Here’s how:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

HI.

I was following your instructions exactly before I requested help and am still following your instructions. Everything is up to date. Not a browser problem. Used 2 different browsers. There is still no Income on the Account Type drop-down.
