Thanks for posting in the Community, @hardeetreeservic. Currently, the option to add different logos for the same company is unavailable in QuickBooks. 

You'll want to consider importing your customized sales form template to achieve your goal. Read through this article for more detailed steps: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
