I would like to migrate my information from one Quickbooks online basic account to another Quickbooks online account with a different email. Can anyone offer help?

The primary option of other subscribers is to use third-party apps to transfer their data from one company to another. 

The other option is to get the list of names from the other QBO and upload them to the other one. If you have transactions, you can re-enter them, or you can connect your bank account to download them. You can also upload them using a Web connect file.
