If I am creating an invoice for 6000 why would quick books send a different amount like 500. Is this system hacked. It happened to me twice this week.

Does this happen to a specific customer? We can try sending a sample invoice to your on email address if we get the same thing. Also, a browser-related issue might have caused the invoice sending an incorrect amount. 

We can perform a few troubleshooting steps starting with using a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one. 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, it means that we'll have to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. 

If the issue persists, I suggest getting in touch with us so we can further investigate. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon at the upper-right. 
2. Click Contact Us. 
3. Enter a brief description something like emailed invoice shows a different amount.  
4. Click Let's talk and select to either Chat, Call or Get a callback.
