If I create a scheduled weekly invoice in recurring transactions, will they be identified with their own unique invoice number?

Yes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically assigns invoice numbers sequentially based on the previous one. 

QBO starts with invoice 1001 by default. However, you can customize your invoice numbers to categorize them in a way that suits your business invoicing practices. Make sure to enable your Custom transaction numbers. Upon customizing the invoice number, QBO will sequentially remember the customization. Let me guide you on how.

1. In your QBO company, go to Settings. 
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Choose the Sales tab.
4. In Sales form content, select Edit.
5. Turn Custom transaction numbers on or off.
6. Select Save, then select Done.
