If I have an attachment for invoice It shows attached on bottom, but when I put the invoice into a pdf to send it disappears, a setting problem or a pdf adobe problem?

To make sure attachments are included when sending invoice, you'll wan to check the Attach to email box located at the bottom left of your invoice. I've attached a sample screenshot for your visual guide:
