If i need to update the Income and Expense Account category under "Products and Services" how do i update these all together instead of one by one, very time consuming.

I know that time is essential when running a business. Adding a functionality to update the Income and Expenses accounts in the Products and Services altogether is beneficial for your business.

For now, QBO allows you to change the category type one at a time. I’m here to help show the process.

1. Click the Gear icon at the top to select Products and Services under All lists.       
2. On the Products and Services page, choose the item you’re working on and hit the Edit link.
3. Scroll down to the Income account or Expense account sections and pick the category type you want to use from the drop-down.
4. Press Save and close to keep the changes.
