If I want to enter transactions to i enter each as a separate journal entry and in save and new? or do they all go on one itemized page?

Creating a separate journal entry when recording transactions in QuickBooks Online isn't necessary. If you want to sell a product or service to pay later, you can send an invoice and record the payment in QuickBooks to close your customer’s invoice or reduce the balance. If you want to order products from a vendor and pay it later, you can create a purchase order and enter a bill and record the pay bills in QuickBooks. To see more details about an overview of your vendor interaction, you can check this article: View vendor transactions.

Then, after creating transactions in QuickBooks Online, entries automatically go to the Register page. With this, the system automatically creates a transaction journal so you can review the accounts associated with each transaction.
