Im trying to pay contractors since yesterday. Payment screen opens. when I hit add invoices the screen goes black

We can perform a few troubleshooting steps to see if this is a browser-related issue, ap27.

Sometimes piled-up cache in your main browser causes QuickBooks and other frequently visited sites not to function well. Let me show you how: 

1. Access QuickBooks through a private browser and create the contractor's payment from there. 
2. If you've submitted the payment successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. 
3. Other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox can also help us get rod of the unexpected behavior.
