Is anyone else having issues uploading documents to QB online? I have had no issues in the past and don't know if there is a known issue.

Are you trying to upload receipts to your existing transactions? As of now, we have an ongoing issue with manually added receipts. 

Our Product Engineering team is already aware of this and is now working for a fix. 

For the meantime, you can add your receipts using the receipt forwarding feature in QBSE. You can check this article for more information: Forward receipts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
