Is anyone else having trouble posting a credit to an invoice?

I tried creating a credit memo against an invoice but didn't encounter an error. Let’s go ahead and try to access your QuickBooks Online company through an incognito or a private browser. This method will help you isolate the issue because this doesn’t store data in the cache.
 
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P 

 

Then, try to link a credit memo to an invoice. If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser instead.
