Is it possible to change/replace your corporate name, as it appears on customers credit card statements, and if so, how does one go about doing this ?

Thanks for posting your question here. I'd be glad to provide a few information about changing the corporate name in QuickBooks Online. 

If you're signed up for E-Services, QuickBooks Online will not allow you to edit the legal name on your account. To know more about this process, please check out this article: Changes that require a new authorization form for electronic services. However, if you haven't signed up for the said services, you can go ahead and change your company name on your QuickBooks. Take note that this will affect all your historical transactions.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
3. Select Company from the left.
4. In the Company name section, select the Pencil icon to edit the company phone and email address.
5. Make the necessary changes.
6. Select Save then Done.
