Is it possible to get a history of Purchase Orders from QB Online

I would like a list of PO's by sequential order with info on Vendor. PO's seem to disappear after they are complete

The good thing about QuickBooks Online is it offers a variety of reports that keep us updated about our business standing. We can keep up with our sales, payables, customers, and such. That being said, I'm glad to inform you that we have an available report that shows your list of Purchase Orders.

I've narrowed down the steps for your convenience:

Go to the Reports menu.
In the Find report by name section, enter Purchase Order List.
To show additional information, hit on the little Gear icon.
To arrange the list by account numbers, hit on Sort. You have the option to choose between Ascending and Descending orders. Please note that the orders will take effect by vendor.
When done, select Run report.

This only gives me open Purchase Orders. I was looking for a HISTORY of Po's. So I want to see the closed out ones too. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible to view the history of closed Purchase Orders (POs). However, you'll need to access a different type of report called the "Transaction List by Date." It provides you with a comprehensive list of all transactions, including closed POs within a specified date range.

Here's how:

Going back to the Reports overview.
In the search bar, type "Transaction List by Date" and press the enter key.
Click the little Gear icon to show the filter option.
Make sure the PO Status and Posting box is checked.
When done, click Run Report.
