Exporting the Journal into spreadsheet form is viable, office. I can help you accomplish it in QuickBooks Online.

Let's generate the Journal Report and Export it to Excel. Exporting it can provide flexibility in organizing and formatting data according to your specific needs.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Utilize the search function by entering Journal as the report name.
  3. Click on the report to open it.
  4. Switch to classic view by selecting the corresponding option.
  5. Choose the desired Report period.
  6. Click on the Export icon and select Export to Excel.
  7. Save the exported file on your computer.
  8. Finally, click on the Save button to confirm the changes.

You also have the option to customize reports that focus on the data that is most important to you.

After creating a custom report, you can save it so that the same settings and customized data will be accessible for future use. For more details, use this link: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be around if you have more questions about exporting your journal or related concerns. I'm just a post away.
